Craig Faucher treats clients using a mixture of modalities studied and developed since he began his practice in early 2003. His bodywork education began at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Mass., where he learned the Benjamin System of Muscular Therapy – a combination of swedish, deep, and sports techniques aimed at evaluating and undoing dysfunctions in the body.
Through continuing education, working alongside doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors, Craig continued to enhance his ability in treating injury and promoting the body’s own ability to heal. This is achieved through specific Cross-Frictioning of damaged tissues, Myofasial Release, and de-activation of trigger points using Neuromuscular Therapy.
For many people, however, massage is a way to relieve everyday soreness and stress. His past experience also includes work in Boston spas and hotels.
Before studying massage therapy, Craig worked for seven years as a business journalist and editor, with a degree in Political Science from Ursinus College in eastern Pennsylvania. Craig continues to write news, features, and promotional copy on a freelance basis.
Craig is a fully licensed massage therapist (LMT) and insured as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. (AMTA). His business also operates under the name CDF Therapeutic Bodywork, started for his injury/orthopedic work alongside affiliated chiropractors and physical therapists.

Craig is clearly skilled and was able to employ some serious (and I mean SERIOUS) deep tissue massage to me and a not-so-deep massage to my other half. On top of a fantastic massage, Craig is a nice guy who we felt completely comfortable with.
