Susan Reardon Galante has over 20 years of Personal Training, Health & Nutrition Coaching and Speciality Exercise experience.

Susan’s mantra is that she, “..will TEACH you what you need to do, not just tell you.” She is a Multi-modal Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness expert, Author, Triathlon Coach, and Brand Ambassador.

Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEC), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Pre-Natal/Post Partum Trainer, Boxing Specialty Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Flexibility & Balance, Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching and Myofascial Release (Assisted Stretching).

I have trained with Susan for almost a year now and have nothing but good things to say. I was referred by my close friend who lost 40lbs over a few months of training with her through working out and a serious diet overhaul. She is incredibly flexible and schedules appointments week to week with me around my hectic schedule. Her availability in her studio, at my home or outside ( weather permitting) keeps the training interesting. Our workouts vary based on my current needs and she always finds a way to make it fun.
