Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEC), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Pre-Natal/Post Partum Trainer, Boxing Specialty Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Flexibility & Balance, Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching and Myofascial Release (Assisted Stretching)

She is also an AADP Holistic Health Coach, IIN Certified Nutrition & Health Coach and a mentor to aspiring trainers and health coaches. Additionally, Susan teaches Group Exercise classes and is a Spinning Certified Cycling Instructor, a Mat Pilates Certified Instructor and an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor teaching various formats.

I have trained with Susan for almost a year now and have nothing but good things to say.
