**Repeat as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes

  • 20 bodyweight squats

  • 20 reverse lunges, each side

  • 10 push ups

  • 50 high knee runs, each side

  • 20 sit ups

  • 10 high plank to low plank

EVERY MINUTE SWITCHAROO

Perform exercise “1A” followed by “1B” for a minute each.

  • 1A: BURPEES

  • 1B: Squat jumps

    Repeat 3x

  • 1A: jump lunges

  • 1B: Jumping jacks
    Repeat 3x

  • 1A: Push ups

  • 1B: Forearm plank hold

    Repeat 3x

  • 1A: Squat jacks (perform a jumping jack into a jump squat)
